ABOUT US

Blue Ribbon Rabbitry is located in central Indiana and is owned by Kelly and Andrea Schoenegge. Kelly is a licensed rabbit judge (#920) with the American Rabbit Breeders Association and has raised rabbits since the early 1990s. Our rabbitry is registered with the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA).

 

We maintain a small breeding program and strongly believe in quality over quantity. Maintaining small numbers means that we have exceptionally high standards for our animals. We raise rabbits because we love animals and always strive to keep that love for the rabbits at the center of all we do.

Over the years our Tans have won numerous Best in Shows, as well as multiple Best of Breed and awards at the National Tan Show and the ARBA National Convention.

 

At this time, we attend rabbit shows very infrequently, as we have instead been focusing on our careers and family. However, we are active breeders and maintain the same high standards we have always had for the rabbits we produce.
